Fine Dining Wait Staff

Arta's Italian is building a new, strong team capable of providing impeccable service to medium to high-volume guests in a fine-dining setting.

Experienced servers are needed. Unlike other establishments, we focus on quality of service rather than high sales and table turnover, ensuring that the dining experience is more relaxed and enjoyable for our guests AND staff.

A typical day at Arta's includes: Providing five-star guest service, setting up and/or cleanup of the workstation, brewing and handling hot coffee/espresso/tea, taking guest orders and answering questions about our cuisine, delivering food to guests (when food runner isn't available), setting up tables, polishing cutlery and glassware, sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, processing orders and cashing out orders with our MICROS operating system.

We are accepting applications for both part-time and full-time servers. Salary ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 per year (includes tips), based on how many hours are worked. $5.49 per hour base pay, and the potential to increase once you achieve six-month and one-year milestones. Most servers earn around $150 to $200 per shift after tips, about $20 per hour at the minimum.
