Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly
- Assist clients with their sales needs by promoting products and services tailored to their requirements
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems and data entry tools
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other computer software to prepare reports, update client information, and perform analysis as needed
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support client services initiatives by providing timely responses and personalized solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center roles, customer support, or sales preferred; experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills required
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Prior experience in client services or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory
