PART TIME After School Teachers & Teachers Aides

Looking for a meaningful part-time role in the arts? We’re seeking enthusiastic instructors to teach art and world culture to the next generation. No teaching certificate? No problem. What matters most to us is a vibrant community of diverse personalities, high energy, and inclusive teaching approaches. If you have a background in visual arts, theater, dance, music, literature, or other creative disciplines, we want to hear from you!

Position Requirements

Applicants must be flexible, possess reliable transportation, and obtain or currently hold the following credentials:

• Registration with the Oregon Early Learning Division (background check required prior to start)
• First Aid/CPR certification (to be completed within one month of hire)
• Food Handler’s Card (to be completed within one month of hire)
• Available to work M-F 1:30pm-6pm

Compensation

Pay rates are based on experience working in a licensed facility or with a minimum of the same 10 elementary-aged children for at least one year. Note: for Aides, prior childcare experience is not required to apply.

• Aides (Entry Level): Starting at $18.50/hour
• Teachers: Starting at $19.00/hour (Requires a minimum of one year working with K–5th graders)
