- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, government bodies, cultural organizations, and community groups (e.g., Rotary, Lion’s Club, Kiwanis).
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with Art & Water’s mission and values.
- Grant Writing and Fundraising
- Drawing from our grant list, expand and enhance our grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and private donors.
- Write compelling grant proposals and lead the implementation of innovative fundraising campaigns to secure financial support. Support and write final reports for grants received.
- Sales / Sponsorship / Donation / Fundraising Calls
- Support sales operations by leading sales calls & initiatives for sponsorship, donations & fundraising from our past patrons list.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach efforts to businesses, camps, festivals, birthday parties, and community partners.
- Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship, grant writing, or community engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the arts, cultural organizations, or community-focused programming is an asset.
