Position Overview
We are seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, and/or ATR) to join our passionate and collaborative team. This role is ideal for professionals who are committed, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a supportive group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with CT laws and professional ethical codes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with providers and engage in case management as needed
- Primarily treat children and adolescents (experience with youth is essential)
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 30 clients per week
- Trauma certification (preferred)
- Experience with expressive arts therapy (preferred)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (flexible hours)
- Weekend hours available but not required

Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Active CT license: LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMFT, or ATR
