Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction:
Lead engaging art classes for children ages 4-10 in a supportive, inclusive environment
Teach various art techniques and mediums (painting, drawing, mixed media, etc.)
Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and skill levels
Foster creativity, confidence, and self-expression in every student
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment
Curriculum Planning & Development:
Design and develop age-appropriate art curriculum aligned with our program goals
Create lesson plans that balance structured instruction with creative freedom
Incorporate themes like mindfulness, focus, and emotional expression
Stay current with art education best practices and trends
Continuously improve and refine curriculum based on student progress
