JOB DESCRIPTION:

· We are searching for reliable, professional, and detail-oriented individual(s) to join our team in our electrical department. All types of electricians are encouraged to apply, from apprentice to journeyman to master.

· Blueprint Reading – the ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, blueprints, and perform shop math.

· Ability to work well within a team and as an individual.

· Keep tools and work areas clean and maintain a safe and clean environment.

· Comfortable with working with forklifts, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment.

· Ensure high-quality company standards are met with close attention to detail.

· Qualified candidates must be punctual and motivated.

· Must be willing to use hand tools and power tools as required.

· Power and battery handheld tools are provided, but some small hand tools are required.

· Must be able to lift and carry some items more than 30 lbs.

· Drug and background tests are part of our hiring process.

We are willing to train the right individual(s). Candidates should have previous work experience or education in construction fields. Individuals with a strong work history, the ability to follow instructions, and construction and/or electrical experience will be given additional consideration.

Work Life and Family Balance: Our production hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am–3:30 pm, and Friday mornings, 6:00 am–10:00 am, with overtime as needed. Road crew hours may extend into weekends with overtime as needed, and we work hard to keep a great work-life balance for our employees.
