We’re hiring a Shop Assistant / General Laborer to help support our mechanics and keep our Sharonville Repair Shop running smoothly. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who likes working with their hands, staying active, and learning in a real shop environment.
No extensive mechanical experience is required—we’re looking for someone dependable, willing to work, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping the shop, work areas, and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Organizing tools, parts, supplies, and materials
- Moving equipment, parts, and materials as needed
- Assisting mechanics and technicians with basic tasks
- Helping prepare work areas and equipment for repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning equipment, tools, and shop areas
- Performing general labor and other shop support duties
- Following company safety procedures and participating in training
