Description
AE Electrical Solutions is seeking a Financial Analyst to analyze financial results, monitor variances, and identify trends. This position will work on various projects as needed to assist the executive team in meeting their strategic initiatives and facilitate growth for our employee owned company
Qualifications
· Construction industry experience preferred
· Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field preferred. Will consider Associates degree in business-related field with experience
· Attention to details and ability to consistently provide accurate analysis
· Effective communicator both written and verbal
· Flexible and able to shift between multiple priorities
· Investigative and proficient in problem solving
· Proven experience interpreting, auditing and analyzing financial documents and data
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Power BI)
· Strong organizational skills
· Proven ability to plan and execute multiple projects under tight deadlines
· Ability to think and act like an owner
· Commitment to continuous improvement
