We’re looking for a compassionate Psychological Testing Psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality, individualized assessments for children, teens, and adults. This role is ideal for a clinician who values building strong relationships, creating meaningful reports, and offering feedback in a way that empowers clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with clients and families to clarify referral concerns.
- Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological and educational assessments (cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and personality).
- Write clear, accessible, and strengths-based reports with practical recommendations.
- Provide supportive feedback sessions to clients, parents, and referral sources.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and medical providers to integrate findings into holistic care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical documentation.
- Participate in practice-wide consultation and professional development.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology.
- Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist in [State].
- Training and experience in psychological and educational testing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to explain results in clear, compassionate, and practical terms.
Preferred
- Experience with child/adolescent assessment and learning disorders.
