What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Setup and Warehouse Crew position at Art of the Event?
Art of the Event is looking for Event Setup and Warehouse Crew to assist during the busy late summer to early winter season (August through December). This role will be responsible for packing and loading event decor, props, and furniture into trucks at the Art of the Event warehouse as well as assisting with event sets up and strikes at venues across New England.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in pulling and prepping of inventory items for events
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Cleaning and touching up of props
- Setting up and breaking down of décor onsite at venue
- Qualified applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Drivers license required; comfort driving a 16 ft box truck is a plus
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
- Flexible schedule required (4 days/week, Mon-Fri)
