What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Warehouse Associate position at Art of Problem Solving?
As the Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our books and merchandise get to customers in a timely manner. You will carry out daily shipping duties, including stocking, packaging, and shipment and receipt of packages, while also assisting with facilities duties as needed.

The Warehouse Associate Will
- Accurately package, label, and weigh items to be shipped, ensuring proper shipping method and charges
- Load and unload freight shipments
- Accurately triage incoming shipments, including shipments for the warehouse, purchasing admin, and individual staff
- Keep the supply room stocked, notify the manager if stock is running low, and maintain the orderliness of the warehouse and supply room
- Assist with basic facilities tasks, including moving furniture and mounting items to walls
- Comply with safety standards set by Management
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to confirm or investigate shipping inquiries
- Complete other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned
- Warehouse experience (preferred)
- Warehouse equipment certification (preferred)
- The ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Comfort with physical tasks, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and sitting for extended periods
