Help Us Grow
Art of Drawers is looking for talented, outgoing, and motivated people. No previous sales experience is required, but you must be excited about our products, enjoy helping people, and professionally lead and control a process from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
- Keep Canvas™ calendar up to date for scheduling
- Promptly upload all sales documentation to Canvas™
- Complete initial Designer Training and meet certification requirements
- Possess basic computer skills and have access to a laptop
Your Support/Training
- Complete 8 hours of initial Designer Training on products, sales techniques, and Canvas™ software
- Obtain a Designer Kit with samples and materials for creating transformative solutions
- Receive personalized business cards
- Get assistance from the Art of Drawers Sales Support Center in managing appointments, including reminders and follow-up calls.
Your Commitment
- $300 deposit for Designer Kit, refundable after 10th sale or upon kit return
- Complete 5 practice appointments
- Achieve one self-generated sale before taking on pre-set Art of Drawers appointments
Compensation
- Earn sales commissions based on performance and appointment generation, with potential earnings of $80-$120 per hour or up to 15% commission
- Take advantage of additional bonus opportunities designed to reward outstanding results
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
