Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and motivated Interior Design Sales Associate to join our creative team in Northwest Arkansas!
In this role, you will be a vital link between clients and our design solutions, guiding them through the interior design process and assisting them with in-store purchases . Your passion for interior design, combined with excellent sales skills, will drive customer satisfaction and be a value to our Team. Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their interior design aspirations, needs, and budgets, providing expert guidance throughout their project journey
- Present design concepts using CAD software such as Home Designer or Revit, to create compelling visualizations and renderings that bring ideas to life
- Help to manage multiple design projects from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Assist clients with selecting finishes, furnishings, lighting solutions, and color schemes
- Collaborate with Interior Designers to ensure that tasks for client projects are being completed in a timely manner
- Assist with cleaning store and keeping displays orderly
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Proven experience in residential interior design projects highly preferred
- Familiarity with CAD software for presentations and renderings is not required, but preferred
- Experience with sales is highly preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and client communication
- Background in renovation or remodeling projects with hands-on construction experience preferred
- Excellent skills in client communication, sales techniques, and managing project budgets effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 21.0 per week
