Summary
Art of Dance is looking for teachers to teach dancers age 2-18yrs September thru June. Specifically Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, Preschool-Ballet & Tap combo. Weekdays and/or Saturday. As a Dance Instructor at Art of Dance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dance instruction to students of various ages and skill levels. This role is vital in shaping the artistic growth of our students while promoting a love for dance in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Training is available.
- Teach in a fun and energetic manner.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring all students receive attention and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dance instruction
- Strong background in curriculum development for dance education.
- Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young dancers to reach their potential.
