🚨 We’re Hiring: Residential & Small Business Cybersecurity Specialists (Field Remote)

As cyber threats continue to grow, homeowners and small businesses are becoming major targets for hackers, scams, phishing attacks, WiFi intrusions, smart-home vulnerabilities, ransomware, identity theft, and AI-powered fraud.

At Art of Cyber Security we are building a next-generation cybersecurity protection service focused on helping everyday people secure their digital lives.

We are looking for ethical hackers, cybersecurity professionals, IT specialists, network technicians, or tech-savvy security consultants who can assist clients remotely and/or through onsite visits.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Perform home and small business cybersecurity assessments

• Secure WiFi networks, routers, IoT devices, cameras, and smart home systems

• Identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations

• Conduct vulnerability scans and security audits

• Educate customers on phishing, scams, and online safety

• Assist with endpoint protection and device hardening

• Configure MFA, password managers, firewalls, VPNs, and secure backups

• Support cybersecurity awareness training

• Help clients recover from hacking incidents and compromised accounts

• Provide white-glove technical support with professionalism and discretion

🔹 Skills We’re Looking For:

Entry-Level Tier:

• Strong understanding of computers, WiFi, and home networking

• Customer service skills

• Familiarity with Apple, Windows, Android, smart TVs, cameras, and IoT devices

Mid-Level Tier:

• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools

• Router/firewall configuration knowledge

• Endpoint protection and malware remediation

• Experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Bitdefender, etc.

• Knowledge of phishing prevention and email security

Advanced Tier:

• Ethical hacking / penetration testing experience

• Network analysis and recon skills

• Secure WiFi segmentation and VLAN knowledge

• Application security testing experience

• Familiarity with Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, Nessus, Wireshark, Metasploit, OWASP Top 10, etc.

• Security certifications are a plus (Security , CEH, CISSP, CPT, PNPT, etc.)
