Salad/Pantry are kitchen staff responsible for preparing salads and desserts. Salad/Pantry job duties include cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Prepares salads and desserts.
- Cleans vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads.
- Mixes ingredients for green salads.
- Prepares dressings, like Thousand Island, Ranch, and Bleu Cheese to be served on green salads.
Qualifications:
- Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
- Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
- The ability to follow standardized recipes.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
