Job Description:
Shift:
1st Shift (07:00 AM - 03.30 PM)
2nd shift -3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd shift - 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
A Blending Operator is responsible for measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials to create finished products in accordance with cGMP standards, SOPs, safety regulations, and production specifications. This role supports manufacturing by ensuring accurate ingredient preparation, proper equipment operation, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to approved formulas, batch records, and SOPs.
Operate blending, mixing, and granulation equipment safely and efficiently.
Verify material lot numbers, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
Load raw materials into mixers, monitor blend times, speeds, and temperatures, and adjust as required.
Perform in-process checks to ensure blend uniformity and product consistency.
Complete batch records, equipment logs, and cleaning documentation accurately and in compliance with GDP.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain blending equipment and production areas following cGMP and sanitation procedures.
Follow all safety, PPE, and OSHA guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure a safe work environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
