Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager role based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Customer Success Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing use of Art Home Photo and Art Social services. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client communication, proactively checking in on project status, and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and timelines. The role involves tracking client satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve retention, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. The Customer Success Manager will also gather client feedback, analyze usage trends, and recommend service enhancements that support long-term relationships and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on timely, clear, and professional communication.
- Proven experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building, ideally in a service, media, or marketing environment.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback, track engagement, and identify trends that inform process or service improvements.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort working on-site in Fort Wayne, IN, and collaborating closely with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client services; experience in real estate, photography, or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer management tools and basic office software; willingness to learn new platforms and workflows.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or relevant experience equivalent is preferred.
