Client Care Specialist

Art Home Photo – Fort Wayne, IN (with travel to Indianapolis)

We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to help us deepen relationships with our existing clients, create memorable experiences, and ensure agents continue choosing Art Home Photo again and again.

The Role

This is a relationship-first, people-driven role focused on client retention, experience, and loyalty, not cold sales.

You will be the face of Art Home Photo in the community—meeting agents, attending events, and creating meaningful touchpoints that keep us top of mind.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and teams
• Follow up with clients after shoots to gather feedback and ensure a great experience
• Re-engage past clients and keep them connected to our brand
• Act as a trusted point of contact for client needs and communication

In-Person Relationship Building

• Schedule and attend coffee meetings, pop-bys, and brokerage visits
• Represent Art Home Photo at real estate events, networking events, and agency meetings
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the local real estate community

Client Experience & Retention

• Create thoughtful client touchpoints (birthdays, milestones, gifts, celebrations)
• Help plan and execute small appreciation efforts that make clients feel valued
• Ensure every client interaction reflects our brand and level of service

Collaboration with Sales Team

• Work closely with our sales team to stay aligned on new clients and opportunities
• Take over and nurture relationships after initial acquisition
• Help turn new clients into long-term, repeat clients

• Strong relationships across top agents and brokerages
• High client satisfaction and positive feedback
• Increased repeat bookings and long-term client loyalty
• A strong presence in both Fort Wayne and the growing Indianapolis market

This role is essential to our long-term growth and market expansion.

Required Experience

• Prior experience in client relations, account management, customer success, hospitality, or relationship-based roles
• Experience working in a people-facing or service-based business
• Comfortable attending events, meeting new people, and representing a brand

Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• Base salary
• Performance-based commission tied to:
• Brokerage meetings
• Coffee meetings
• Relationship-building activities
• Client retention and engagement

Additional budget provided for:

• Client gifts

• Pop-bys and appreciation efforts
