Summary:
Supervisors play a critical role in the success of each event. Supervisors oversee a team of laborers who install/dismantle pipe/drape, tables, chairs, carpet, displays, signs, other equipment as requested by the customer for trade shows, expositions, festivals, and other special events. Supervisors are responsible for crew safety, meeting strict deadlines, transportation and care of equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service to both customers and vendors.
Essential Functions:
- Supervisor’s work with crew and prioritizes work assignments
- Reads, comprehends, and follows blueprints, material lists, and applies necessary timelines
- Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes
- Works with clients to ensure show is decorated and set up as planned
- Ensures that all safety protocols are followed
- Completes with all company policies and procedures, including crewmember discipline and documentation
- Reports timeclock adjustments as needed to payroll administrator
- May drive loaded vehicle to/from shows
- Attend staff meetings as required
Benefits and Rate of Pay:
- $25.00- $30.00 pending experience
