What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinarian - Associate position at Art City Vets?
Associate Veterinarian – Wellness & Urgent Care
Full-Time | Philadelphia, PA
About Art City Vets & Urgent Care
Art City Vets & Urgent Care is a privately owned animal hospital in Philadelphia, founded by Dr. Edward Aller. Built on the belief that pets deserve exceptional care delivered with warmth, attention, and accessibility, we provide both Wellness and Urgent Care services in a collaborative and compassionate environment.
We are committed to high-quality, individualized care for every patient and to fostering a respectful, team-oriented workplace for our staff. Our team values communication, professional growth, and medical excellence, and we take pride in maintaining a supportive culture where everyone contributes to great outcomes.
We also understand what the veterinary industry feels like right now. Many clinicians feel rushed, overextended, or disconnected from the kind of medicine they want to practice. Art City Vets was intentionally built to be the opposite, a place where doctors have the time, support, and autonomy to practice thoughtful medicine, with a team that has their back.
From preventive care and diagnostics to surgery and urgent care treatment, we ensure every patient receives thoughtful, thorough, relationship-centered care. Communication, integrity, and compassion guide everything we do.
