- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately, ensuring presentation quality and temperature are maintained.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a clean and inviting dining space.
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy service periods.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing dishes and assisting in basic kitchen duties under supervision.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary options to answer guest questions confidently.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required.
- Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and ensuring cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during service hours, including banquet or event setups if applicable.
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with serving techniques, bussing procedures, and basic food preparation tasks.
- Experience operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
