Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel welcomed and appreciated
- Manage reservations and waitlists ensuring smooth seating flow
- Coordinate with the lead staff to optimize table assignments and guest seating arrangements
- Answer guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about studio offerings, policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a professional appearance
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and efficiently, ensuring a memorable experience
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with basic service or guest assistance as needed
Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess experience or background in is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction abilities
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services environments is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a passion for creating welcoming atmospheres
