Active Release Techniques® (ART®) offers the most effective soft-tissue treatment system available today. Utilizing a unique combination of muscle tension and movement to treat aches and pains associated with overuse and dysfunction, more than 80% of issues can be resolved in five or fewer treatment sessions.

The Corporate Solutions Specialist (Sales Representative) role is responsible for increasing access to ART treatment through sales of weekly treatment hours to companies across the US. You'll be the face of ART, building relationships with EH&S, HR and wellness leaders and closing deals that improve the lives of thousands of employees. Top performers in this role should consistently earn six figures or more through our uncapped commission structure.


Responsibilities - What you will do:

  • Present and promote ART services through our sales process, tracking progress along the way
  • Sell 5 or more hours of weekly ART treatment to our corporate clients each month
  • Follow up on inquiries/recommendations from corporations that have become familiar with ART programs
  • Represent ART at various trade shows and expos throughout the year


Qualifications - What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an outside sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking ability
  • General CRM experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety roles, OSHA, and/or corporate health and wellness a plus
  • Experience in or passion for health and wellness industry
  • Experience with and/or knowledge of ART a plus
  • Alignment with ART Core Values

Pay Benefits:

Base Salary: $60,000/year commission

Please note that ART is unable to negotiate above the posted salary range. A comprehensive benefits package is offered separately to eligible employees and is not included in the base salary.
