- Review medical records and documentation to ensure proper coding and billing accuracy.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through effective communication with insurance companies and patients.
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
