Job Description
Arsen’s Gym is hiring reliable cleaners to help keep our facilities clean, organized, and member-ready.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean spaces, can work independently, and is comfortable following a clear system with checklists, photos, and standards.
Cleaners are responsible for maintaining two gym locations per workday and completing assigned cleaning tasks to company standards.

Schedule
- 3 days per week

- 2 gym locations per day
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Responsibilities
- Vacuum and mop gym floors
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly
- Restock toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
- Empty trash bins
- Wipe down machines, cardio equipment, mirrors, and surfaces
- Re-rack weights and organize equipment
- Keep lobby and front desk areas neat
- Refill chalk when needed
- Report broken or damaged equipment
- Complete required forms and photo submissions in the company app
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards exactly
Requirements
- Reliable car
- Smartphone that can use apps, take photos, and submit forms
- Able to work independently
- Able to perform physical cleaning work during a full shift
- Comfortable traveling between locations during the workday
- Reliable attendance
- Able to follow a checklist-based cleaning system
- Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required if willing to learn
