Role
You collaborate on Arsenic’s brand partnership strategy, helping turn opportunities into impactful campaigns and collaborations for our talent. Working closely with the VP of Client Services, and Director of Brand Partnerships, you manage outreach, coordination, and follow-through with brands.
KPI
Success will be measured by consistent, high-quality effort in pursuing brand opportunities and the number of paid partnerships secured for our talent.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies across key platforms
- Identifying opportunities to expand our talent’s influence through brand collaborations, media, and events
- Partnering with the brand partnerships and content teams to align marketing strategy with business goals
- Setting goals, tracking performance, and refining strategies based on results
- Overseeing the creation of campaign assets, content calendars, and audience engagement initiatives
- Managing influencer-facing communication and ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts
- Staying ahead of social media trends and competitive activity to keep Arsenic talent relevant and in-demand
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in influencer marketing strategy and execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Deep familiarity with major social platforms and influencer trends
- 3 years in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
