Role
You are the engine that fuels brand deal activity, working under the guidance of senior leadership to identify opportunities, prepare pitches, and manage the day-to-day flow of brand partnership activity. You are resourceful, persistent, and able to turn ideas into signed deals.
KPI
Success will be measured by brand deals secured, quality of relationships built, and execution against outreach goals.
Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying brand partnership opportunities for talent
- Crafting outreach emails, pitch materials, and proposals
- Maintaining and updating the brand opportunities database
- Supporting follow-ups, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Coordinating with talent and internal teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and deliverables
- Building and maintaining relationships with brand contacts, agencies, and PR firms
- Tracking the status of all opportunities through the sales funnel
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
- Comfortable with outreach and pitching to brands
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
- 1 years of experience in a startup, agency, or sales role
