Arsenault Dermatology is seeking an experienced, highly organized Practice Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing the daily functions of a busy, multi-location dermatology practice while supporting a team of over 100 employees.
About the Role:
The Practice Manager will ensure smooth clinical and administrative operations across five locations. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and extensive experience in HR management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all office locations
- Lead, coach, and support clinical and administrative staff
- Manage full-cycle HR: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, corrective actions, investigations, PTO oversight, and policy enforcement
- Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety standards
- Partner closely with providers and leadership to support business goals
- Monitor scheduling, productivity, and patient experience metrics
- Support payroll processes and staffing allocations across locations
- Address escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of healthcare management experience (dermatology or specialty preferred)
