Glow DermSpa Aestheticians are integral to the overall client experience. The ideal candidate must be incredibly passionate about both aesthetics and wellness, as well as have a deeply intuitive understanding of how to engage our clients in a way that delivers a second-to-none experience.
Our busy full-service cosmetic dermatology spa is adding an energetic medical aesthetician who has a passion for skincare, possesses a wide range of knowledge regarding skincare treatment, refined customer service skills, is a team player, and a genuine desire to pamper others. This individual will help to strengthen our business by interacting with clients to deliver personalized skincare regimens based on client needs. Must be professional and knowledgeable in skincare, skincare products, laser treatments including BBL, medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service and satisfaction of clients.
- Perform professional-grade facials and other skincare services in accordance with established treatment protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Promotion and sales of service, skincare products, and packages.
- Provide skincare consultation for clients, bringing the element of personalized treatment plans and recommendations to life where appropriate.
- Responsible for following up with clients to renew their interests and service offerings, schedule future appointments, and build their book of business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings.
- Consistent training and education on current aesthetic industry trends.
- Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services and our product line.
- Educate clients on all treatments processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Skilled effective, compassionate, professional interactions and communication with patients.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
- Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/ data daily in the client’s medical chart.
- Drive facial and product sales to achieve monthly clinic targets set by the company.
- Builds a self-generated client base in addition to the leads provided by the company.
- Other duties as assigned by the spa director.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida state license.
- 3-5 years of aesthetician experience required.
- Ability to work flexible days and hours
- Ability to meet company standards through the delivery of high-level customer service
- High volume sales experience preferred with a proven track record of exceeding revenue and profit targets
- Self-starter while supporting other team members.
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Basic computer proficiency
- Compelling interpersonal and communication skills, strong ability to influence/ build rapport
- Must be looking for a long-term relationship with an employer
