Arsenal Business Growth is seeking a driven and experienced VP of Sales, New Business to lead our sales organization and drive client acquisition. This role will oversee and develop our New Business/SDR team, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and revenue growth.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping outbound strategy, holding the team accountable to goals, and directly contributing to the company’s growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team focused on generating new business opportunities
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Drive outbound sales strategy including cold calling and email outreach
• Monitor team performance, providing ongoing coaching, call reviews, and feedback to improve results
• Partner with leadership to align pipeline generation efforts with overall revenue goals
• Analyze sales metrics and activity data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Continuously refine messaging, scripts, and sales processes to increase effectiveness
• Lead by example by staying close to the sales process and stepping in when needed to support outreach and closing efforts
• Foster a competitive, high-energy, and growth-oriented team culture
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience leading outbound sales teams (SDR/BDR or new business development teams)
