Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving Arsenal’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, executing outbound sales efforts, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will generate interest in Arsenal’s solutions through strategic outreach, cold calling, and leveraging CRM tools to track engagement and performance. This role is perfect for a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded professional eager to develop sales and communication skills while contributing to revenue growth.
This position is located at our office in Cape Girardeau (Catapult Building).
Duties and Responsibilities
· Prospect and generate leads for Arsenal’s sales team.
· Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to engage potential clients.
· Schedule meetings for Account Executives to pitch and close deals.
· Utilize CRM software to track and document all sales activities, interactions, and progress.
· Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and opportunities generated.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
