This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Process Optimization Expert to join our team at ARSAN International Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating existing manufacturing systems and developing new systems to optimize production methods and efficiencies. You will also provide guidance in engineering and supervision regarding design concepts and specification requirements and develop machine specifications and implement them.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and three to five years of plastic injection molding experience. They must possess electrical and mechanical print reading skills and have a high skill level in creating and developing robot and PLC programs. Good computer skills are necessary, and the candidate must pass Thurstone, Mechanical, Graphic, Math, and Excel tests. Strong root cause analysis skills are also essential.
