Our call center, located in Altamonte Springs, is responsible for fielding inbound service calls from current and potential customers across the country. For this full-time position, we are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to assist customers, gather service information and schedule appointments.
Starting Pay: $18/hr, increasing to $19/hr. after 90 days of employment.
Full-time, year-round work
Schedule:
- Must be available to work rotating weekends
- Shift start times may vary between 11am and 1pm
- Shift end times may vary between 8pm and 10pm
- Specific shift times may vary based on business need

What You Need:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment (prior dispatch experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Ability to handle multi-line phones with accuracy and composure
- Must report daily to the office (no remote work available)
- Weekend and shift flexibility may be required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
