$48.43 - $72.26 /hour

- Employee has the willingness and ability to perform additional duties and responsibilities in different areas of the department on an as-needed basis or as determined by management.
- Maintains good attendance and punctuality.
- Consistently projects positive professional image through appearance and behavior.
- Completes all required intra-operative documentation, i.e., operative record, charge sheets, implant records, pathology slips, etc., per policy and procedure. Documents any unusual occurrence on an incident trending report.
- Assists with application to tourniquet.
- Assist with the positioning, prepping and draping of the patient or perform these independently.
Job Requirements
Required
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- 2 years Perioperative Practice experience upon hire
- Registered Nurse: CA RN
- Basic Life Support - CPR BLS within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, ACLS within 30 Days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 Days
Preferred
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing BSN
- Certified Nurse Operating Room CNOR
