Pay Range
$48.43 - $72.26 /hour

Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN Work Experience to be eligible for this program.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience required.
- Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
- ACLS
- Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
- Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.
