Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
- Assist customers with unit rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and account inquiries.
- Maintain high occupancy levels through sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are met.
- Handle customer payments, billing issues, and delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate auctions and lien processes in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor security systems and address safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory.
- Work with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and facility improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of management, property management, retail management, or customer service experience.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Experience in self-storage, property management, hospitality, or retail operations.
