Site Manager

The Storage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a storage facility, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining occupancy goals, managing staff, and keeping the property safe, clean, and secure. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
• Assist customers with unit rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and account inquiries.
• Maintain high occupancy levels through sales and marketing efforts.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance standards are met.
• Handle customer payments, billing issues, and delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate auctions and lien processes in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Supervise and train facility staff, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor security systems and address safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory.
• Work with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of management, property management, retail management, or customer service experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Experience in self-storage, property management, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and occupancy management.
• Cash handling and financial reporting experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.

• Ability to walk the property regularly and conduct inspections.
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Salary $41,000-$45,000
