The Bakery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, MN. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, and other pastries, while ensuring high-quality standards. Core responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations, and contributing to the overall culinary experience of the resort. • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, with a focus on creating high-quality baked goods
• Experience with Food Preparation, including handling ingredients safely and efficiently
• Skill in crafting Cookies, Bread, and other bakery items
• Attention to detail, creativity in presentation, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Previous experience in a bakery or similar setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary training is a plus
