Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through final construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure objectives are met
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes
- Oversee production of design and construction documents
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and manage change orders during construction
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for quality assurance
- Manage client communication, project scope, and expectations
- Lead internal design coordination and consultant management meetings
- Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10 years of progressive experience, leading architectural project teams
- Registered Architect or activity perusing licensure preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Understanding of MEP, structural, and civil coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaborative and flexible workstyle
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
