We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Truss Builder to join our growing team. A minimum of 2 years of truss-building experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Since opening our doors in January 2023, we have experienced tremendous growth while maintaining a strong workload and year-round employment. We have never had to lay off employees due to lack of work and are looking for individuals who want more than just a job, we are looking for people who want to build a long-term career with us.
Responsibilities
- Build roof and floor trusses according to specifications
- Read and accurately use a tape measure
- Read and interpret production paperwork
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of truss-building experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willing to work Monday through Saturday as production demands require
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds or more throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Schedule
Monday -Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- One 30-minute paid break
- One 30-minue unpaid lunch
Saturday (as needed): 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- One 30-minute paid lunch

Compensation
- Experienced Truss Builders: Starting at $21.00/hour
- Entry-level applicants: Training- wage based on experience, with opportunities for advancement, performance-based wage increases, and increased responsibilities as skills develop.
