Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
- Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
- Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
- Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Full-Stack Development
- 5 years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
Generative AI Engineering
- 2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
Enterprise Application Development
- 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Demonstrated success building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, architecture patterns, and application lifecycle management.
Agile & Self-Starter Mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
