In this role, you will oversee publication compliance, manage requests, and coordinate with authors, reviewers, and legal teams to meet deadlines. You’ll also handle vendor payments and maintain compliance training databases.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, publication management, or related operational roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in publication quality control or operational compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with database management and exception resolution
- Ability to handle confidential information in adherence to corporate policies
