We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to transport vehicles safely.
- Manage conflicts effectively with customers, ensuring a positive experience even in stressful situations.
- Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any incidents encountered during operations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
Skills
- Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience with automotive repair and diagnostics is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle customer interactions professionally.
