Key Responsibilities
- Lead & develop purchasing team: Provide leadership, training, and organizational planning.
- Vendor management: Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and onboard new suppliers.
- Contract oversight: Negotiate and manage long‑term agreements, ensuring compliance and value optimization.
- Operational alignment: Ensure purchasing supports production schedules and organizational objectives.
- Systems & data integrity: Optimize use of MRP systems, forecasting models, and pricing matrices.
- Logistics support: Oversee freight sourcing, shipping efficiency, and vendor contributions to company events.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams and communicate purchasing updates across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10 years of supply chain or procurement management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in purchasing systems, budgeting, and standard office software.

Salary : $130,000 - $200,000
