QUALIFICATIONS:
| Education: | High school diploma or equivalent required. College or real estate related supplemental Desired but not required. |

| Experience: | Minimum of one year of Property Management required or more, based on the position. Experience with Affordable property management highly desired. |

COMPENSATION:
Wages based on the position, location and experience. This is a Full-Time position with 40 hours. Full time Position includes participation in company health benefits plan, 401K and generous Paid Time off and Holiday Paid Time off.
