We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Designated Manager to join our team and oversee our 245D licensed services.

• Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

• Pay Range: $27-$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services and operations meet the requirements of Minnesota Statutes and Rules related to 245D licensing.
• Program Management: Oversee the implementation and quality of service plans, ensuring they are individualized and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and evaluations of service delivery, addressing any issues promptly and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights and preferences are respected. Work closely with clients and their families to address concerns and enhance their quality of life. Conduct client intake, admissions and assessments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as required by licensing standards. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies.

This role requires a person with strong leadership skills, good ethics and morals, strong communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to achieve organizational goals.

Educational Requirements

Must minimally meet the education and training requirements identified below and have a minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program that provides care or education to vulnerable adults or children.

• A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
• An associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
• A diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
• A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background study
• A valid Driver’s License
• 18 years old
