Job Description
Arrowhead Golf Course Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Server/Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our golfers and guests.
The ideal candidate will have basic serving and bartending knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Have basic knowledge of common mixed drinks, beer, wine, and spirits
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar and dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and general cleaning duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Basic bartending and mixed drink knowledge preferred
- Beer knowledge is a plus, but can be taught
- Golf or golf course knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per day
