Food service experience. Regularly lifts 30 lbs., and occasionally more.
Needed Attributes: Ability to work effectively with volunteers and elderly program participants. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing in a professional manner. Travel as required.

- Orders, purchases, and maintains an inventory to prepare meals.
- Prepares meals that follow program requirements.
- Maintains a clean/sanitary kitchen and dining area.
- Maintains records of food inventory, food purchases and other program records.
- Provides site activities.
- Recruits, supervises, trains, and evaluates staff, substitutes and volunteers.
- Maintains documentation of site business.
- Manages documentation of site business.
- Manages program policies, including program eligibility, contributions/banking, outreach, and meal reservations.
- Provides meals on wheels and satellite services (site specific).
- Attends appropriate training functions.
