Site Manager II - Duluth, MN

Responsible for Senior Site activities and assists with the daily meal service.

Food service experience. Regularly lifts 30 lbs., and occasionally more.

Needed Attributes: Ability to work effectively with volunteers and elderly program participants. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing in a professional manner. Travel as required.

• Serves meals that follow program requirements.
• Assists with maintaining an inventory of food and supplies.
• Manages program policies, including program eligibility, contributions/banking, outreach, and meal reservations.
• Assists with meal service - site applicable.
• Recruits, supervises, trains, and evaluates substitutes, volunteers, and staff.
• Assists with maintaining a clean/sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Provides site activities for participants.
• Maintains documentation of site business.
• Provides meals on wheels and satellite meal services (site specific).
• Attends appropriate training functions.

AEOA has a Site Manager II position needed in our Duluth Lincoln Park Senior Center kitchen. Starting wage: $18.23/hr. 30hr/wk, M-F 7am-1pm.
